What we most want to hear about

• A figure you think is wrong. Send the page and, if you have it, the source. See corrections for what happens next.
• A specification we have marked as unpublished. If you own one of these products, the rating label on the cord or the unit settles questions no website answers — particularly wattage, which no mat manufacturer currently publishes.
• Manufacturers: if we have a figure wrong, or you publish one we could not find, we will use it and cite you.

What we cannot help with

We cannot advise on your specific electrical installation. Anything involving hard wiring, breaker sizing or permanent installation needs a licensed electrician who can see the site.
